I understand the concerns of
the past reviews about AppleRX because I had my doubts too but of the 3 reviews only one person was a paying customer. However, I am a recent purchaser of AppleRx and I was in need of a Macbook Pro
laptop and decided to trade-in my iMac 2012 and iPad Mini for the only Macbook Pro that they had left which was the '09 Macbook Pro. I expressed concern about the downgrade of my computer to this '09
laptop and the owner understood and worked out a deal. He completely updated the hard-drive, extended the warranty and mirrored my old computer to the new one. I explained to him that I run a lot of
Adobe programs off this computer and he upgraded my memory for only $50. I walked out the store only paying $50 and a laptop that had all of my old computer programs on it. So far the computer has
been running smoothly. I wish it was a 2011 or 2012 but I'm not complaining because it's running like a new computer with the current OS system on it. I am life-long apple consumer. I've owned a
e-Mac, i-Mac, 2nd and 4th generation i-Pod, i-Pad, iPhones 4,5s and 6+ and this is now my second macbook pro. Apple products are expensive but a wise investment. The OWNER and the technicians of
AppleRx are fully knowledgable in programming and updating Apples and their prices are reasonable. AppleRX is a small business and they really value the opinion of customers reviews. I've had no
complaints and just recently brought my '07 Macbook Pro to be fixed; it had completely stopped working. They upgraded the hard drive and memory and put in a new battery all for $180, If I had went to
the Apple store or Elon I would have paid more. Any company big or small will have its mistakes along the way but a company can only improve based on the feedback that it receives. I can tell by the
service that I and mom received at AppleRX that they valued our business.
Corporate companies and chains who focus on meeting profitability my not put a lot of empathy into customer reviews and opinions because their in business either way. Whereas, small or family owned businesses rely on customer feedback in order to remain in business. I encourage people to give small businesses a chance, if you have concerns or questions speak to the manager and let them know and write your own review of your experience but don't immediately write a negative review of a company if you haven't done business with them at all. If small business go out of business we'll be at the mercy of corporate chains spending a lot more money.
